Remembering 9/11

(National Archives)
MTA Announces Plans to Honor 9/11

It is the 20th Anniversary of the September 11 Attacks 2001, colloquially known as 9/11, committed by a militant Islamist terrorist group led by Osama bin Laden (extinct)
The four targets were:
2 Towers of the World Trade Center -
American Airlines flight 11 and United Airlines flight 175
The Pentagon - AA 77
US Capitol or the White House - UA 93 plane diverted and crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania. President George W. Bush was reading that children’s book “The Pet Goat” with a class of second-graders at a school in Sarasota, Florida.
2,977 victims killed + 19 handpicked fervid al-Qaeda terrorists, mostly Saudi Arabian.
10/7 Problematic war on Afghanistan started.
Ethnocentric Guantanamo Bay detention centre or hellhole, established at naval base to indefinitely detain perpetrators, terrorists and nihilists.
George’s hagiography made me ill.
15 August 2021 Afghanistan’s capital Kabul toppled. What the hell?!
30 August US forces leave. Horror!
11/11 Armistice Day acknowledges the cessation of hostilities on the Western Front of World War I
When’s the next war, I contend?
